If you are considering an online payments solution that is quick and easy to set up, we recommend Stripe. If you would like to integrate with EFTPOS terminal payments, we recommend Ezidebit as a more appropriate solution. I already have a Stripe account, how do I implement Upfront Payments?
You can do this in your Shortcuts Console under Online Booking settings by entering the Stripe account ID provided during the Stripe setup process. Reach out to our Support team if you would like assistance with this step.
I already have an Ezidebit account, how do I implement Upfront Payments?
You can do this in your Shortcuts Console under Online Booking settings by entering the Ezidebit account ID provided by the Ezidebit team after you set up an account with them. Reach out to our Support team if you would like assistance with this step.
Will I be charged any fees for using Upfront Payments?
There are no setup or monthly fees for Booking Deposits. Depending on the payment provider you select, you will only pay a transaction fee per payment processed, and we offer transparent pricing on these with no hidden costs.
Can I customise my Online Booking system to match my salon’s brand?
Yes, you can customise your Online Booking interface to reflect your salon's brand, including adding your logo and colors.
Can I control what order Services are booked in?
Yes, you can control what order Services are booked in. If a client selects Services out of the defined sequenced order they will be prompted and informed of the automatic change of order.
Can I set different deposit amounts for different Services?
Yes, you can customise the deposit amounts for each Service, giving you full control over how you manage bookings.
What if a client needs to cancel or reschedule?
You can set your own cancellation and rescheduling policies. You can also handle cancellations on a payment-by-payment basis for maximum flexibility for your business and your clients.
Can I switch back if I decide Upfront Payments isn’t right for my salon?

Firstly, you will need a Google Business Profile, and Shortcuts Online Booking. If you don’t have a Google Business Profile yet, you will need to set one up. If you already have a Google Business Profile, please ensure that your business name and address matches your Shortcuts details.
